Unresponsive touchscreen

My screen will not scroll either up or down but remains on the time.

Hi there,

I'm having the same issue I think. The screen is stuck on the time and doesn't respond. I've tried the plug it in and press the button for 5 seconds fix, but I get a little buzz and then nothing, no smiling screen for sure. What can I do?

mine is new. on the screen it only displays to setup the device through website . ive already downloaded the app but its cannot pair with the device

Sounds like that's a different issue. My device has been set up correctly and working for months, this has suddenly occurred.

I called the help line. They had me do that but hold the button in much longer than the 5 sec. Eventually I got the smiley face and my fit bit reset.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

I had this issue today and what fixed it for me was to connect it to the charger and hold the button for 8 or 9 seconds. This made the smiley appear!

My inspire h r won’t start blank screen have tried everything recommended - tried to find online Fitbit help but 86th in wait - help please - tried holding for 10 sec to restart etc - changed clock etc still just blank - it did this before but not this long beeen 3 weeks now 😞 not too happy
