Hello!

 

My lovely boyfriend bought me a FitBit Inspire HR for my birthday back in March off Amazon (we're in Australia) - however over the weekend the screen started glitching/slanting sideways and I can't get it to straighten back up (despite doing a reset with the Inspire HR plugged in and charging).

 

Does anyone know how I might be able to resolve this?

Hi, @LauraJane1992 , does it help to change the clock face?

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Mine started doing this a couple of days ago.  Today it seems to have died. The screen is black and I can't get any kind of response out it.  I tried recharging it and restarting it but nothing happens.
