Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @SLafferty.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend following our complete troubleshooting instructions in this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
By the way, I've moved your post to Inspire & Inspire HR board so we can keep our forums organized.
Hope this helps.

That’s not the issue about my battery not charging. The issue is it won’t turn on at all. I’ve had it for less than a year maybe and I’ve tried to reboot it per the directions but I got nothing.

Is there an actual customer service number? I can’t find the number and the chat feature is not working.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
