Inspire HR stops counting steps

For the past week or so, my Inspire HR seems to stop counting steps in the afternoon and evening.  Mornings and early afternoon are fine.  I just came in from a walk around my building.  It should be 200 steps more or less.  On my app it shows that I had 23 steps.  I am having some physical problems and my goal is set at 1500.  It seems to stop just before I get to my goal (today 1481).  I guess I will try increasing my goal and see if that works, but I don't feel that I should have to do that.

Hi @pat1952 That is really strange. Try increasing the goal, but you are right, it shouldnt make any difference.  Also try restarting the device several times and if that doesnt fix it you will need to contact Customer Support

I think that I figured out what is happening.  As the day goes on I am walking slower and relying more on the cane which use in my left hand, my fitbit hand.  The combination of these seems to not get the steps counted.

Ahh yes, I think you could be right. You could try wearing the tracker on your other arm and see if that improves the count.
