My fitbit is stuck at the clock...no way to get it to do anything else. I have made sure it is completely charged, but nothing works. It is a Fitbit Inspire HR that I got for Christmas.

Best AnswerActually I cannot tell if it is completely charged as that screen won't come up either. Last night it stopped working so I attached it to the charger overnight. Still getting nowhere today.
Best AnswerI'm having the same problem as of yesterday, I recharged as well, but it still won't go beyond the clock screen, even when depressing the button. As far as "answered"? I can't find any original 'answer'.
Best AnswerJust found the solution in one of the other posts. Connect watch to charger, hold in button for five seconds until a smiley face comes up, this clears everything. It worked for me, I had to hold it a bit longer than the 5 seconds suggested, but all is good now. Hope this helps.
Best AnswerI tried the five second restart at the instruction of a live chat help person. When I attached the device to the charger and hel the button in it went black and now is totally dead. Glad that method helped some of you.
Best AnswerI'm glad that worked for you Stan135, I plugged in my charger, cleaned the back of my Fitbit AND the charger, and I still can't get past the clock face. I have no idea how much it's charged. Not sure if it's counting my steps either 😞 I'm pressing the button till the face goes blank and beyond to try and get it restarted . . . NOTHING.
