I can't get it past the set up screen. I've added it to my account and it has synced with my phone, but I'm getting nothing on the screen but the setup address. The box says it's an inspire hr, but the sleeve inside says inspire. Is it possible it's been packaged wrong? The app says it's due a software update, but I can't download it from my phone or laptop.
Best AnswerYou’re lucky! I’ve rebooted both devices, removed and reinstalled the app, turned Bluetooth on and off etc enough times to go mad. It won’t go past 2% without the update crashing. I have an interesting piece of wrist jewelry instead of a working device. Fitbit needs to get on it.
