I have owned many Fitbits over the years, and recently I got my parents Inspire HRs. My dad's Inspire HR is having trouble syncing. I restarted his Bluetooth. Rebooted the phone. Finally I gave up and deleted his Fitbit so I could reconnect it. I am able to connect it to the phone to get the code but it then tells me "Sorry, the setup is taking longer than usual. Please be patient. We're on it!" It then told me the code it showed on the front was incorrect and had me enter it again. What is going on?

Hi @Nat.tutt What phone is he using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
