Inspire HR not syncing

I have noticed my fitbit is having even more issues syncing with my phone since the latest update. It has always been a bit of a problem, and i have had to turn off and on my Bluetooth on my phone every couple days. I now need to turn bluetooth off and on each time i want to sync my fitbit. I also have All-Day Sync turned on so shouldn't be having to manually sync it anyway! Obviously this is a continuous issue, but its very annoying that the latest Fitbit Update has made it even worse!!! I know its not my phone as that connects to my car no problem and i haven't updated anything on my phone which would have made it worse recently. Hopefully Fitbit provides another update soon that fixes this issue as this also means i am no longer receiving any message/email/call notifications on my fitbit!

Hi @cmegs  What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

My phone used to sync to my fitbit with only an occasional fault (once every 4 or 5 days), it is now every time i want to sync. My phone (Samsung Galaxy A5) is not on the list, but they have the next models up which makes me wonder if they've recently removed it...

No, I dont think the A5 was ever on the list, or at least not in the last couple of years. What often happens with unsupported phones is  that they work OK, but when something changes (usually an update to phone or tracker) the connection can get broken and as the phone is not supported no one is working towards getting it going again. All you can do is go through all the troubleshoots in the article I linked above and hope that one of them works for you.
