Help! In less than 3 months my fitbit has stopped working. I get 001 under the fitbit logo on the screen. I have rebooted multiple times. I can't connect to the app. Nothing.
So disappointed, it was a gift from my partner after I lost my (very reliable) Alta HR. What should I do?
