Inspire not responding

Hi , I’ve just been given a Fitbit inspire and I can swipe the icons and it is recording steps etc but it won’t let me tap to open. I have tried restarting and I do get the smile face but not the vibration . I’ve tried several times. Any thoughts?

Let me help you with your Inspire not working correctly and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try clearing your data but notice that you will need to set it up again. You can also check the manual here.
