Inspire HR sync problems

Anyone else having issues getting their Inspire HR to sync reliably? Mind us driving me nuts

 

I seem to spend way too much time looking at “sync failed”, “device not found” or “looking”. My prior Alta never had these problems

Me too.  Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't, mostly doesn't.  It's driving me nuts too.

I have had tremendous problems syncing my inspire hr with Windows 10 on my laptop (which it is supposed to be able to do). My first inspire hr synced a couple different days. I tried all the ways to resolve, went to customer support and received a new tracker. My new tracker worked great - for 1 day. Again, I have tried pairing, re-pairing, set-up new device, turning Bluetooth off then back on, etc. Not happy! I loved my alta hr until it recently had my heart beating WAY faster than it actually was. Ugh.

Yep. Probably once or twice a week, nothing I do will persuade my HR to sync..... Until it feels like it!

Has anyone with sync problems found how to fix it? I have an Android phone.

Interesting - so it is NOT just a problem with Apple IOS devices

Looks like something Fitbit themselves should be paying attention to
