I bought my inspire HR last November and have had no problems until a month ago: battery drains within 8 or less hours and it does not sync with my iPhone (if it does, the time is behind). I’ve changed the clock face and deleted and redownloaded the app. Still the same. How can I fix this?

In order to fix the syncing issue, follow the troubleshooting steps included in this help page. Finally, monitor your Fitbit device and see if the battery doesn't drain fast and it syncs with your iPhone properly.
