The time on the actual Inspire HR is accurate but the times in the app are way off. There is a 5 hr delay from what the app says I have done things compared to when they actually happen. For instance I sleep from 11pm-7am, but the app states I was sleeping for 6pm-2am

Let me help you with your logged activities not showing the correct time. Start by logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. After this check your timezone settings on the app. Either select automatic timezone or manually select your timezone and then test your device to see if the issue persist. Make sure to sync your Inspire HR after you have made the changes on the app.
