Inspire HR touch screen problems

My inspire touch screen has stopped scrolling at all reliably. Sometimes it lags, sometimes it gets hung on one screen. Sometimes it scrolls fine, but only down and then not back up again. I have tried the recommended tips in terms of changing the clock face, syncing to my moto x4, and restarting the device, to no avail. It's about 6 months old, so still under warranty, but it's super unclear how to navigate the warranty process, and I can't seem to get on a chat with support.

 

What do you recommend as next steps in terms of troubleshooting?
