I know this topic has been talked about a lot but I haven’t had success with any of the previous methods of fixing the heart rate monitor. Mine was fine for a few months but now won’t show my heart rate. I’ve seen everything telling me to go to the settings page on the Fitbit app and either clear my data or make sure the heart rate is on. I can’t even find the settings page everyone seems to talk about. How do I get to those settings pages?

On the Inspire HR itself, there is a setting to turn heart rate on or off.  From main clock face, scroll up (swipe down) to 'Settings'; tap that, then scroll down to 'Heart Rate'; tap to turn on or off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
