Inspire HR verification code issues

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I woke up one morning and noticed my FitBit wasn’t syncing. I tried all the suggestions: turn Bluetooth off/on, force start on the FitBit while it is powering. Finally, I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app. Now, when I get to inputting the 4 digit verification code, although I am inputting the correct code (had someone else verify it was the right code) it tells me it isn’t the right code.

Moderator edit: clarified subject.
