Inspire HR walk information missing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi all,

I am hoping someone maybe able to help me. I went for a lengthy walk (for me anyway!) today with my Inspire HR set in treadmill mode (I like to track my MPH) so after completing 23000+ steps, on syncing my tracker I can see my steps.

However, I have dropped over 2000+ calories and over 180+ minutes of exercise time.  I can see that the exercise is logged, but doesn't show any heart rate data. I checked the device prior to syncing, so I know what the data should have been (wish I'd have taken the picture when I planned too). However, following the sync my tracker is now reflection the information on the app?

Any help on trying to recover the missing data would be very gratefully appreciated!

It's great to see you around @Jamoo and @Odyssey13 thanks for the input.

I would like to know how are you registering your exercises? Are you manually logging them or using SmartTrack? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?.

I hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy
