When I have my Inspire connected on a charger, I can get it to restart and show the screen, but as soon as I take it off, it goes blank, I can't get the screen to turn on, and it won't connect and sync. Is this a hardware issue? Is anyone else having the same issues?

Hi @Dotsonj,
The screen automatically goes blank after you take the device off the charger. You can get it to light up again by raising your wrist or pressing the button on the side of the device.
As far as connecting and syncing, have you tried reconnecting the device to Bluetooth? How about clearing the cache on the app?

Yeah, I know that. Nothing happens after I take it off. Raising it, hitting the button... Nothing works

Same problem, only noticed the issue yesterday. Charged the watch but nothing happens. The green light on the back is flashing and my phone shows the battery is full but the watch does nothing except a short vibration when you push the button.

I tried to restart per the directions. I got the smiley face, and then the tracker showed the wrong time, scrolled through the screens randomly and now won’t do anything at all. It appears to be completely dead. It’s not even 6 months old.
