My Inspire HR has suddenly stopped working. Two days ago I was at 94% and my device typically lasts about 5 days before it gets low enough that I recharge. I went swimming today as I have many times with my HR— shallow water, so nothing that could have damaged it due to depth. I went to check the time and noticed at I was getting the “Happy Face.” Basically it was dead.
When I got home, I went to charge it and nothing happened. I gently cleaned it the device and charging prongs as suggested, and plugged the device in again and left it for over 30 min as recommended. Just checked on it and still no juice— when I press and hold the button (attempting to reset), it gives the happy face, then flashes 1% and dies again, but it just won’t connect to the charger. Is my Inspire HR Dead with a capital D? Can I get it replaced?

Hi @Akate84s Unfortunately it does sound dead. You will need to discuss replacement with Fitbit Support
