I have spent all day trying to get mine to connect. I have uninstalled the Fitbit app twice and have deleted all other Bluetooth devices that were connected to my phone and it still will not connect. I have an LG V10 and I have had multiple fitbits, it shouldn't be this hard. The Fitbit device does not seem to have a reset button. Any ideas?

Hi @Preshus Here is the link to show you how to restart your tracker. You use the button on the side of the Inspire HR while the tracker is charging.

You're not the only one. It must have taken me at least a dozen attempts. My Samsung 8+ found the Inspire HR but the 'connecting' would go around and around forever and never finish. I like you uninstalled and installed the app several times. Then turned BT on/off several times. Then reset the Inspire HR several times. Then I checked my BT setting on the phone. Double check those. I think the glitch in mine was I didn't want it to 'appear' when others were searching for a BT device or something. Good luck ....... it will happen.
