Inspire HR will not sync with iPhone

I have restarted the fitbit. When I try to sync with my iPhone, the sync now ends with "Failed to sync  device." This problem started in March. My version of the app is current. I am using iOS 13.4. Has Fitbit figured out what the problem is? Looking at the board, I don't seem to be the only one experiencing this. Please contact me if you need any further details. I am interested in helping you diagnose and fix the problem.

I deleted the app from my iPhone, then downloaded it again from the app store. I reset the Fitbit. The app was able to sync. I'll let people know if syncing still works with the Fitbit not connected to the charger.

I am able to sync my Fitbit to my iPhone reliably. So, to recap:

1. I reset my Fitbit.

2. I deleted the Fitbit app from my iPhone

3. I downloaded the app and reinstalled it.

4. I logged into my account.

I have the latest iOS (13.4), and I'm using an iPhone 6S.

OK. I wanted to believe. After a couple of hours, the Fitbit can't connect. The bluetooth can't connect to my fitbit.

Seems rather fragile.
