I was gifted a Fitbit Inspire HR and for 2 days and numerous hours, could not get it to synch with both phone and windows 10. I finally chatted with customer service and because it was under warranty, they sent a new one. I've tried 6 ways from Sunday to get this thing activated and it seems like I'm going around in circles.
My laptop finally paired with it and my phone won't but no matter what I do, the fitbit still has the same screen with the logo or the happy/sad face.
I tried the resetting method and even installed/uninstalled numerous apps under 2 different profiles and am at a loss. I can't possibly have 2 lemons.
Any words of wisdom?

That's what I found so strange - It will pair with microsoft windows 10 but not my Android S10e. Just for giggles, I tried pairing it with a Fire tablet and an old Galaxy 6. They managed to pair with each other but can't get the fitbit to pair with anything. I have also tried different apps, followed reset directions, read so many different potential fixes yet all the same result. The fitbit is stuck and not being picked up on blue tooth.

Well, I can't tell you how it happened but suddenly it came to life and started up, updating and installing. So far, so good. I'll play with all the features later. I'm just pretty shocked it finally paired with my phone.

Hi @ppponton. Welcome. It's great to have a new member around. @Odyssey13, thanks for your great suggestions!
@ppponton, thanks for every troubleshooting tried prior to posting. While it was odd that you had that issue while using three compatible devices, I'm glad that you were able to get your Inspire HR connected and you can find more details about its features in the User Manual.
In case you have some spare time, I’d like to invite you to visit our Health & Wellness board where you will find great tips and encouragement from other members.
Have a good day.
