Inspire screen acting strange

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I received a replacement inspire today after my previous one became unresponsive. This is my second replacement in this year. This o e does not behave at all like my previous ones.

My inspire is doing random things of its own accord.

example 1: I’ll flick my wrist to see the time. Sometimes the clock appears, sometimes it’s the notifications.
example 2: I try scrolling through the settings. Sometimes it doesn’t respond and others it scrolls through several at a time.
example 3: I turn my wrist to see the time. It shows me the clock momentarily then start randomly scrolling through the different screens.

I have reset it, made sure nothing is touching it and everything else other people have been told to try on the community. Nothing works.

Hi!

I haven't heard anything further from the support team. Since it keeps scrolling the battery is also draining quite fast.

If you can advise anything else to troubleshoot that would be great.

Thanks in advance.
