How do I get my Inspire HR to record "floors" when I go up and down steps or flights of stairs?

Hi @Debinwa5.  The Inspire HR doesn't have an altimeter, the hardware that measures floors.  You might have an option to turn this feature on/off in your Fitbit app even if your current drive doesn't offer it.  This isn't something that can be added with a software/app update.  It is a piece of hardware.  Please tap on the Edit pencil in the upper right of your Fitbit app and toggle it off.
