I have not been able to synch my fitbit for almost a year now. I have an Huawei Honor 10, which should not be a problem, I have checked multiple times that I had the last version of the app and a compatible version of Android OS. I have followed all the steps given in the help manuals. Including removing all fitbit device from the app, so now I can't link them together, it is recognised by my phone because I get the number combination to link them, but then it just charges for hours on end.
The screen is fine, the swiping and charging too.
I'm not sure what I can do to fix this..
