Hi,
Just got an inspire hr
Am using android phone 8.1.0 (oppo)
It will suddenly stop downloading (during that slow agonising 30mins wait). I've wasted nearly 3 hours today.
Very frustrating.
Can someone help?

Have you tried with your phone connected to wifi then again to cellular.
Most android phones share the same antenna for bluetooth and wifi. Some phones have trouble updating firmware through wifi
