the fitbit app asked me to login this morning for security purposes and my inspire device and all data were gone

Hi @jce3 Did you log into your existing account? Or did you accidently open a new account? Usually when all data disappears in this way it is because the person has accidently opened a new account.

What device were you on, your phone? Is all your data gone if you log onto the dashboard on a computer?
