not transferring data into the app

Everything usually transfers fine but now it is not transferring ONLY my active minutes. The actual device is tracking them but it won’t transfer to the app like everything else. It’s only weird because other things are showing up just one isn’t.

Hi @Nixierose  Try restarting your Inspire several times and sync again. If that doesnt work then uninstall the app, reinstall and log back in to your account. If the problem persists, please come back here.
