Inspire HR won’t sync or update

My FitbitHR won’t sync.  It is due for an update (it is 6months old) but it won’t allow me to update because it says that it’s not connected or the server is busy.  I followed the directions to leave Bluetooth and resync the it, but it still do want work.  I am very frustrated, can someone please help me?

Similar problem!  InspireHR would not sync this morning, found that an update was available, started the update (which was advertised to take about 30min) and now 3hrs later it is still updating.  I am losing confidence it is going to work...
