Inspire HR won't sync

It's getting even more frustrating by the day. All day sync has never worked. It always has taken sever times to sync. But this last week has been a joke. Un for last two days it's been impossible! And I have only had it for a month. I have done everything advised on the forum. Several times. But I'm not prepared to uninstall /reinstall, force stop, start again, reset my phone, reset fitbit on daily basis and I would need it twice a day at least. I can't even return this stupid thing as I got rid of the box. What a waste of money!!!!

Hi @Olivijaster What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Same nonsense, ever since the recent firmware upgrade. Happens once or twice a day. The only way to fix it seems to be to reboot the phone.

I bought a inspire about 2 months ago, can not get it to sync this whole week. Have been trying all day. Reset twice now. Still not synced very disappointed.also won't connect when I take walks or other things.

I'm having the same problem with my Samsung Galaxy - I'm having to restart my phone at least 2 or 3 times daily in order for my device to sync and I've only had it for a month or so. I've tried everything on the previous lists but still no luck....
