Since installing the latest update, my Inspire HR is unable to locate Bluetooth. I have restarted the Fitbit and switched my phone off and on? I have tried all the suggestions you have advised but it still cannot find the Bluetooth to sync? It’s very frustrating, please advise on next steps!

I am sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.
