I've been having trouble with my fitbit for the last two months. It won't sync automatically anymore and often when I try to sync it on my phone it's saying unable to sync.
I've done the steps found in other help articles and disconnected the Bluetooth and reconnected but it still doesn't sync. I have also reset my fitbit and re started my phone but nothing is working .help please!

Thanks for troubleshooting this syncing issue. If you are having problems connecting your tracker with your phone, I recommend checking the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and make sure you have followed the steps provided there.
