My inspire hr won't sync. I've tried restarting the Fitbit, the phone, checking updates, etc. It has not had a successful sync since 12/12. I'm getting very frustrated. Help?!

Restarting the phone and fitbit usually work for me when I get syncing issues. When they don't, I have found that "forgetting" the link to the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings can work. If that doesn't help then there are few more things to try at Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Note that fitbits only have limited storage to hold data between syncs. After about a week they start to hold data at a daily summary level rather than the normal minute-by-minute level. So, once you get things working again your data may look a little weird.
