Hi, 

 

My fitbit inspire HR died after a whole afternoon of buzzing out of nowhere, not reacting to touch or the button, just doing crazy stuff, and they just died. 

 

I plugged it in and initially the 🙂 came on the screen, but now its dead again, no green light flashing nothing. I try pushing the button for 15seconds while it is plugged in but it doesnt work. 

 

Anyone know how to get support in Spain?

Hi @IBuyl, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR won't turn on and now it won't take a charge. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.

 

As a side note, I'd like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you can share your experiences, meet people and create new topics.
