Inspire HR live heart rate not showing on the Fitbit app

Hi there has anyone had any problems with the live heart rate feature? My app and the Fitbit are up to date up software. The app will show my resting heart rate, but not my live heart rate. The only way to get it to sync is to turn my Bluetooth off, close the app, reconnect band and phone via Bluetooth, and then in the app will show my heart rate again. Unfortunately, not long after repairing the live heart will stop if you close the app.  Does anyone have a fix for this?

Let me help you with your Fitbit app not showing live hear rate data from your Inspire HR and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you refresh the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
2. Restart your phone and restart your device. 
3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

I’m having the same issue on iOS and done all of the above more than once. It did start to show heart rate once after I charged it when it had run completely out of charge, but only for a couple of hours. 

I don’t see what more I can do. It just won’t sync my heart rate.

I also tried all these steps and still get the heart rate to show up for a little bot up that connection stops after a bit and only shops the resting heart rate.
