My Inspire HR won’t turn on. Screen is black. Tried the 5 second tip but nothing. Doesn’t vibrate either. Tried changing clock face and got message that it can’t be changed because device is not connected. Any other tricks or is it just dead?

I’m having a similar issue. First my inspire HR stopped scrolling. I tried restarting it but it didn’t help. Then this morning the display wouldn’t turned on. I’ve reset it countless times with the smiley coming up but it doesn’t help. My phone can sync to it, and the green light on the back is on. When I press the button it vibrates and the display flashes once very quickly but is basically useless. I got this just over a year ago, meaning the warranty is expired.
