My screen seems to be frozen. Then the button works to turn it on and with a long press goes to the settings. The only thing I can do is see the time, battery, and toggle on and off the wake screen setting. I've tried other things that I've seen on other posts, but none of them seem to work. Thanks in advance!

Hi @HydroRunner It is a bit difficult as you don't sayexactly what you have tried. I'd suggest you restart it a few times but if that doesn't fix it then contact Fitbit Support
