Inspire HR working poorly in last several days

All is a sudden, my Inspire HR will not sync without restarting my phone, and I cannot receive messages or call notifications on the device. I have restarted my phone countless times, checked for app updates (there are none), and disconnected/reconnected Bluetooth.

Hi @laurabeth84 which phone do you have and which platform? That way, your post can be moved to that area for more responses. Be sure you have the latest firmware for the device and the latest app for your phone.

I have a Google pixel 3. Everything is updated on both the phone and the
app.
