Inspire HR

My Inspire HR worked yesterday just fine and today the screen is blank and won't do a thing. Connected to Fitbit via my Samsung tablet. Fitbit states there is a Firmware update. A message states cannot connect to tracker and won't complete the update. I don't think my inoperative Inspire HR can receive the bluetooth signal to complete the update. My Inspire HR is only a month old and is down for the count. What to do know?

Hi @Kushie2019  Tried restarting the Inspire multiple times, then leave it on chargefor a couple of hours and repeat the restrarts etc. If that doesn't help, please come back here for further assistance.

I followed your instructions. Got the smile face 3 or 4 times and placed on
the charger for a couple of hours. The smile face will come up multiple
times but only when connected to the charger. When I remove the Inspire
from the charger the smile face will not come up and the device will not
come to life. I feel it pulsing throughout the procedure but no start up.
Is the new firmware update created to fix this issue if I can get the
device to work?

Thanks for your help. My Inspire is making a few pulses here and there but
no startup.

Thanks for the quick contact and the referral. Hope to get my Inspire going
again real soon as it is only a month old. Couldn't believe how it just
stopped and went blank overnite. I see there is a firmware update waiting
to download but I can't get my device to connect to see if that might be
the answer.
