Inspire HR

I bought my Fitbit Inspire HR on September 10, 2019 and it died last night. Shouldn’t the product last longer than 6 months? I tried to update settings and reboot. Worked for about 5 hours then died again. Very disappointed.

Contact support. Use help like at top of forum

Its still in warranty.

 

See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
