Can anyone recommend somewhere to order replacement straps? I ideally would like a leather/leather look one in pink. I’m not a fan of the silicone style one, I need a smarter looking one for work. The only leather ones I can find are tan or black!

Other than the Fitbit store here, Amazon usually has a wide variety of third-party straps in a variety of styles, colors, and materials.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
