This thing is a piece of garbage.  Unable to set up on my computer with Windows 10 or my Fire Tablet.

Customer Service is a joke - just reading a script.  They sent a replacement and this one doesn't work either.  Absolute waste of money!

Hi @SunsetRunner  not all computers are compatible and your Fire tablet isn't. Did you check to see if your Windows 10 computer is? If it's an older computer with Windows 10 upgrade, it's not native Windows 10.
