HI like many post the inspire hr suddenly stopped working holding the button for  5 second get smilies face and vibration. Can you please next step.

Thanks a lot for trying to restart your Inspire HR. I'd recommend wait until you get the information from our team, as I've requested a case on your behalf. You should soon receive an email from Customer Support. Please reply with the information that they need to check your warranty options.

Thanks very for your reply. How long does it take for a case to be set up? Fitbit less then 4 months old.. very disappointed it's stopped working so soon.
