Have you been through the setup process ok? Fitbits are unusual in that the pairing has to be done via the fitbit app rather than in the phone's bluetooth settings.
If it's the setup that's failing then have you checked that your phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

When a phone is not listed as compatible it can mean one of two things. Either the phone has been tested by fitbit and shown to not fully work, or it just means that it hasn't yet been tested.
In this case I think it's the first one as I found another post from someone with the same phone and a moderator said:
"This might be happening because the Oppo AX7 is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.
As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it"
