I Keep receiving a notification in red saying " notifications are not working and to restart my phone to enable them" I have done this several times and my notifications still won't work can anyone advise me please

Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Hi Maggie. Did you manage to get a fix for this issue...
I had problems with my old Huawei p30. Not I'm having same issue with my redmi note 9..

I fixed my issue, I Googled it and it brought me to a u tube channel where they did step by step to fix, while in charge mode hold the side button till u feel it vibrate 2 or 3 times and it turned back on, hope it works for whoever tries it
