Inspire Screen almost blank

Just purchased new Inspire. Charged it, synced it, reset it...but screen shows no smiley face and I can see a hint of text to one side of screen. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Let me help you with your Inspire screen not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persist please let our Support team know about this. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
