Inspire Set Up - Not working

Hi, 

 

I bought an inspire HR yesterday - I have attempted to set up the device however my phone (Huawei P Smart) finds the device but the next step of connecting it to Bluetooth fails - Comes up with 'no Bluetooth connection'

 

The device still has the fitbit logo on and the 'www.fitbit/setup' screen visible. 

 

The device is plugged in although fully charged, I've switched the device and my phone off and back on and still not working. My phone connects fine to my Bluetooth speakers and Alexa so there's no problem with my phone.

 

Can you advise how I can set my fitbit up please? I also do not have access to other phones or computers.

Hi @lmdixon14 I am sorry you are having trouble setting up. Your phone is not on the Supported Devices List but in itsself that doesnt mean your phone wont work, but it doest garrantee that it will. Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on set up issues.
