Why doesn’t the Fitbit Inspire strap have a hoop on it to insert the strap through? Mine fell off on the first day because I hadn’t clicked the strap into the hole properly. If the strap had also had a hoop it might have alerted me to the fact that it had loosened on my wrist. Luckily I found it. Next time I might not be so lucky.

Here is the standard Inspire band in the Fitbit Store, with the loop. The picture shows it with with a loop. You could check with Fitbit for warranty. I know the loops are hard to fit on over either end. You could buy a new strap, supposedly with a loop in the FItbit Store, or Amazon has a wide variety of third-party bands at reasonable prices.

Thanks for replying. I was bought this for Christmas and, quite rightly too, it was a basic one as I only really want to count steps. I have seen the straps on Amazon, which are not expensive so I will go down that route. Thanks for advice.
