In the Fitbit app- when I click on sleep, it takes me to the ActiveFit app. This gives me no information. I can’t get the charts that I used to. I have emailed, called, and tweeted and I got no where with customer service. I have reset everything and restarted everything and nothing works. Anyone have success fixing this?

Thank you. This is been a constant issue. It was reported and fixed and then it happened again. I’m hoping for a permanent solution. Or I’ll just get a brand of fitness tracker that works. Thanks again
