Hey @barnny and @Dac91199, welcome to the Community.
If you are having issues with your tracker's wristband, I recommend checking the help article: How do I change the wristband on my Fitbit device?. There you will be able to see some tips in order to take off and on the band.
Now, if you would like to have a different one, you check out our store.
Let me know the outcome.

Thanks for getting back @Dac91199 and welcome to the Forums @Pjp123.
If you sweat a lot, you can check our wear and care page and follow the tips provided there in order to keep your wristband clean.
And as suggested, take a look at the help article: How do I change the wristband on my Fitbit device?, and follow the instructions there to place your band.
I will catch you later.

The issue is that the band doesn't work well. It's not about taking it off the Inspire nor it is about purchasing a new one. Apparently many (including me) have the same problem.

I actually bought the Inspire to wear with a clip, but the clip has to be bought separably (why???). So until I get it i try to wear it on my wrist but just can't close the band... (i thought i did and twice it fell off after a few minutes).

Struggle to fasten this band every day since I bought it, today I can't get it to fasten at all. I don't want to purchase another band, I want the one I purchased to work.

Just bought Fitbit Inspire and I wish I had researched it better before purchasing. I am struggling everyday to put the band on after my shower. Incredibly hard to secure. Wish Fitbit would send a different band for free.

I couldn't fasten the one that came with it at all, so i bought a nice leather one on Amazon for less than $10. Works very well for me

Seriously? First you are not addressing the problem (it is not about taking the band off the Inspire) than you send us to buy accessories we shouldn’t need... ridiculous

I got my daughter an Inspire and it just fell off her wrist the other day in the driveway! Luckily her sister saw it on the ground before I ran over it with my car. She thought she had it clasped correctly, but it fell off and she didn't even realize. I thought it came with a watch band clasp when I first bought it, like the Alta HR that I have. A watch clasp seems like it would be more secure.

I secure the band with a tiny rubber band. Otherwise I would have lost it a few times a day (sometimes a few time an hour). Annoying.

My Fitbit Inspire HR fell off yesterday while I was on vacation in a National Park. Didn’t notice until hours later and so there is no way to locate it, especially as it’s 8 hrs away. Called Fitbit and wasn't offered a replacement, coupon, percentage off a new one, nothing. It was a gift from my college-age children and I’ve only had it for 3 months. The band design is faulty!! Soooo disappointed and upset!

I cannot fix the strap on my new inspire Fitbit. It is SO difficult! Will Fitbit send a replacement one that works?
